ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
About Hanageruge
I try AI tools and web services for real, build things with them, and break something now and then. I made this workshop to keep a record of the playing around.

So who is Hanageruge?
I work freelance, using the web and AI in my day-to-day work. I also hold a national licence as a judo therapist in Japan, so healthcare is part of what I do.
At heart I am a gadget person. Live streaming, online seminars, video editing, microphones and audio gear: when a new tool shows up, I cannot rest until I have tried it.
What happens in this workshop
- 01
Learn by building
I build this blog, and whatever else I think of, while learning Cloudflare. The places where I get stuck stay in the record too.
- 02
Use AI tools until they break
Not just a list of features and prices. I write about what I actually use them for, and why I keep paying.
- 03
Play with audio, video and gear
Voice input, transcription, AI video, whatever gadget caught my eye. Experiments that sit between work and hobby belong here.
What this blog promises
- I care more about what actually happened when I tried it than about textbook completeness.
- Not only the wins. The failures and the detours get written up too.
- I don't claim to use things I don't use, and sponsored content is labelled clearly.
- I don't write about the inside of client work, or anything I can't publish.

BUILT WITH AI
This blog is itself an experiment built with AI
From design questions to implementation to publishing, I work through it with AI. It runs on Cloudflare Workers, and the room, the furniture and the character are all made of code and voxels. The series keeps the growing pains, not just the finished thing.
